MD9040型數子化曲線磨床是一臺具有圖像識別技術的，集機床在線檢測，在線補償，砂輪在線修整，及開放式多軸數字化控制的多功能精密加工機床。本機床由帶有回轉功能的精密十字工作臺，多自由度的砂輪架，及CCD檢測裝置組成；該機床為封閉結構，具有外形美觀大方，人機適宜性強的特點。適用于各種精密復雜輪廓的加工，如凹凸模具，成型刀具，卡規，滾輪等。
